Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped securely, so that it arrives in perfect condition.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace so you can follow the delivery.
Packaging of artworks
Original artworks and prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Depending on the size, I use, among other things:
- sturdy art packaging
- protective film
- corner protection
- extra reinforcement for larger works
Every package is prepared with care before being shipped.
Delivery time
Most orders are shipped within a few business days.
Netherlands: 2 – 5 business days
Europe: 5 – 10 business days
International: 7 – 14 business days
For larger artworks, the delivery time may be slightly longer because they are packaged with extra care. Should the delivery be delayed, you will of course be informed about this.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Sewan also work based on photos?
Absolutely! That works very well. Of course, I don't make an exact copy of a photo, because that would negate the charm of a painted work. A clear photo is essential, though, so I can accurately convey facial features and other important aspects.
How long does it take to complete a portrait?
A custom portrait takes time. I can usually ship a drawing within one week. A painting takes longer, especially if it's painted with oil paint. The layers need time to dry. A painting made with acrylic paint can be delivered faster. I'll discuss with you what's feasible and what's desired.
Can you view work in real life?
This is possible by appointment. Please contact me via the contact form or by phone at +31 6 144 659 66.
Four works are currently on display in the window of Van Loenshof 60 in Enschede. This exhibition runs until August 1, 2025.
